Service Description

A massage tailored by yourself. Choose which body parts you want me to work on specifically. Chest, scalp and face massage are currently unavailable due to COVID, sorry! Available as a relaxation or deep tissue massage.

Cancellation Policy

You must give 24 hours notice of any cancellations or needs to reschedule. If giving 24 hours notice or more, cancellations and reschedulings are free and your deposit will be fully refunded upon request. You can cancel or rearrange your appointment through logging into your account on the Little Starr Therapies website, texting 07788515553, or emailing tara@littlestarrtherapies.com. Failure to give due notice will result in a Late Notice Charge (LNC) being served to you equal to 90% of the treatment total, regardless of the reason. Full payment must be received before you can rebook. To avoid the LNC, you may send someone else in your place to receive the booked treatment who is fit and eligible. The business must be notified if you decide to do so. Failure to pay all money owed within 30 days will result in the LNC increasing to 100% of the treatment total, a final notice of late payment being served to you, and interest being added to your total at a rate of 50p per day that your payment is late, at a maximum fee of £50. Failure to pay will result in the business taking legal action to obtain all money owed, including the original treatment fee, interest, and any legal fees. By booking and retaining your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and acknowledge that as a small business with limited availability, every appointment matters.
