My preferred methods of contact are text and email. Due to the nature of my work I am unable to answer phone calls during work hours. If a voicemail is left I will return your call the same or the next working day, as soon as possible.

Q: Do you take card payments?
A: Yes. I take cash, most cards, Apple and Google Pay, bank transfers and PayPal.
Q: Do you do any "extras"?
A: If we're talking about beauty treatments, yes. If we're talking sexual favours or tantric massage, no, never. This is a professional holistic therapy establishment and asking for "favours" will get you instantly barred.
Q: Are your oils/treatments vegan?
A: Yes, all of my oils and facials are vegan and cruelty-free.
Q: It's my first time coming, do I need to bring anything with me?
A: Just your money/card to pay with if you haven't paid in advance, a water bottle and an understanding of whether you have any conditions that may prevent you from being able to have your treatment - these can be found on the booking page.
Q: Where exactly are you?
A: I can sometimes be difficult for first-timers to find due to being in the middle of the countryside, so do aim to leave an extra 10 minutes to get here. Don't panic though, most sat-navs will bring you right here. There's also a photo tour on this site showing you exactly where to park and what the property looks like. You'll also get directions sent to you in the confirmation email when you book. My treatment room is a lovely little summer house at the back of my home.
Q: I'm pregnant, can I still have a massage?
A: I cannot massage any women who are in their first trimester. If you are further along than this, you may have a seated neck/shoulder massage, an Indian Head massage or a modified Thai Foot Massage. I offer a package specifically for pregnant women which includes an Indian Head/seated back massage and Thai foot massage. Brilliant for releasing tension and helping you sleep.
Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A: If giving 24 hours notice or more, cancellations and rescheduling are free. Giving less than 24 hours notice will result in a Late Notice Charge which amounts to 90% of your treatment total - regardless of the reason. This increases to 100% of your treatment cost if no notice is given. Full payment must be received before you can rebook.
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the business terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy (which can be found in the terms and conditions, on the booking pages and in your confirmation and reminder emails). Please make sure you have read both before booking an appointment.
My house is on Umberslade Road in Earlswood. Look for the name plate "Benson's Barn" and you'll know you're at the right place.
