Contact & Hours

My preferred methods of contact are text and email. Due to the nature of my work I am unable to answer phone calls during work hours and outside of these hours I am generally at university. If a voicemail is left I will return your call the same or next working day, as soon as I possibly can.

Before contacting me, see if you can find your answer here!

Q: Do you take card payments?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you do any "extras"?

A: If we're talking about beauty treatments, yes. If we're talking sexual favours or tantric massage (to put it bluntly), no, never. This is a professional holistic therapy establishment, not a brothel.

Q: Are your oils/treatments vegan?

A: Yes, all of my oils and facials are vegan, with the exception of the collagen facial which contains animal collagen. It's still animal testing-free though, like the rest of my treatments.

Q: It's my first time coming, do I need to bring anything with me?

A: Just your money/card to pay with if you haven't paid in advance, a water bottle and an understanding of whether you have any conditions that may prevent you from being able to have your treatment. If you're coming for a sports massage on your legs, be sure to bring some shorts (preferably short and stretchy ones).

Q: Where exactly are you?

A: I can sometimes be difficult for first-timers to find due to being in the middle of the countryside, so do aim to leave an extra 10 minutes to get here. Don't panic though, most sat-navs will bring you right here. There's also a photo tour on this site showing you exactly where to park, where the entrance is and which is my property. You'll also get directions sent to you in the confirmation email when you book. My treatment room is a lovely little summer house at the back of my home.

Q: I'm pregnant, can I still have a massage?

A: I cannot massage any women who in their first trimester. If you are further along than this, you may have a seated neck/shoulder massage, an Indian Head massage or a modified Thai Foot Massage. I offer a package specifically for pregnant women which includes an Indian Head/seated back massage and Thai foot massage. Brilliant for releasing tension and helping you sleep.

Q: Why don't you answer the phone?

A: As stated above, it is hard when you have a job that requires your phone to be on silent and you're at university the rest of the time. If you leave me a text or voicemail, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Q: What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

A: If giving 24 hours notice or more, cancellations are free. Giving less than 24 hours notice will result in a Late Notice Charge which amounts to 90% of your treatment total - regardless of the reason. This increases to 100% of your treatment cost if no notice is given. Full payment must be received before you can rebook.

Rescheduling: To reduce the Late Notice Charge, you may instead rearrange your appointment once per treatment. When rescheduling, the Late Notice Charge decreases to 25% of your treatment total if at least 6 hours notice is given. If less than 6 hours notice is given this increases back up to 90% of your treatment total, and 100% if no notice is given prior to due treatment start time.

Avoiding the Charge: If you're able to find someone to take the appointment in your place, no Late Notice Charge will be served to you, as long as they pay the full amount for the treatment.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms. And the general terms and conditions.

Find Me

When it comes to the location I'm a bit of a hidden gem. Well...a very well hidden gem to be honest! I'm nestled in the countryside very close to the Earlswood Lakes and the Reservoir Pub. My house is down Umberslade Road. You'll know you've found it when you reach a crossroads between Tithe Barn Lane and Umberslade Road with a dead-end sign at the junction. My home is down the dead-end country lane, second drive on the left JUST after the off-white rocks on the ground to the left of the road. It's the house directly behind the roundabout full of bushes with the big windows at the front.

If you use google maps to search for "Little Starr Therapies" it should bring you straight here.
